An Enlightening & Loving Congregation of Believers
Come worship at Community Baptist Church, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and grow closer to God. We seek to develop strong Christians who are dedicated to the Lord. From regular Sunday service to prayer meetings and other Christ-centered activities, we offer many ways for members to learn about the teachings of God and become stronger and more committed followers of Jesus Christ.

Community Baptist Church's purpose is to preach the Gospel and create a nurturing environment where people from all walks of life can learn about the Lord and follow in His example. We strive to explain the salvation that Christ offers to anyone who is seeking the teachings of the Bible and the message that God has to give.
Church Service & Bible Study
Regular church service is held every Sunday. Join fellow members as our minister reads a passage from the Bible and holds a sermon touching on the basis of the passage and how it applies to everyday life. We also hold Bible study and prayer meetings every Wednesday at 6:15 p.m. where members discuss different chapters of the Bible and how they relate to each person.
Sunday School for People of All Ages
Sunday school classes meet every Sunday at 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. We discuss sections of the Bible and engage in prayer to learn more about Christianity and help strengthen our bond with God. People of all ages are welcomed to take part. Classes include:
- Traditional Sunday School for Children
- Sunday School for All Ages
Ministries
The Bible teaches that every Christian is called to “full time” Christian service, regardless of his or her vocation. We practice the truth that every believer is a minister by encouraging every member to find a place of service and ministry.
Every believer has direct access to God through prayer and Bible reading.

“God gave...some to be pastors and teachers to prepare God’s people for works of ministry, so that the body of Christ may be built up...” Ephesians 4:11-12

Women's Ministry
The AB Women’s Ministry is comprised of all the women in the church. They meet on the second Monday of each month at 10:00. They have a program, devotions, support special interest missionaries, make items for our Baptist institutions, roll bandages for missionaries in Africa and have great fellowship together.
