Time of Meditation/Opening Prayer

Call to Worship:
    We come, giving thanks to God!
    As God’s people, we know if God doesn’t build the
     house, 
    the builders only build shacks.
    If God doesn’t guard the city,
    the night security guard might as well nap.
    Together, we offer our praise, knowing
    it’s useless to rise early and go to bed late,
    and work our worried fingers to the bone.
    But with God, we can build beauty, know security,
    and receive the rest God gives to those he loves!
All: So let us worship God! Amen

Announcements

Our church has a Safe Sanctuary Policy that requires two adults with a current background check to be in the room with children under 18 and/or vulnerable adults. Because of this policy, our church leadership is asking all adults to fill out the form to have an Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation background check so that we can properly care for and teach our youth. Thank you for participating in this necessary process. It is the right thing to do.

Keep Jenny Chambers in your prayers who has cancer and needs surgery as well as Ron Straley-Wilson for healing of the wounds on his lower legs and feet.
